BIM/CAD Specialist (Mechanical – HVAC & Plumbing or Electrical Services)

Wymagania
Essential requirements:

    Relevant academic background;
    Interest in relevant industry;
    Very good command of English;
    2D AutoCAD or 2D Microstation;
    Senior Specialist min. 5 year experience;
    Junior Specialist 1-3 year experience.

Desirable requirements:

    3 years’ experience with Revit or 3-5 years of 3D AutoCAD which may include AutoCAD MEP / AutoCAD Fabrication (aka CADDuct) / MagiCAD or similar. In relation to Revit platform needs to demonstrate the following:·      

·         Setting up a model for the first time
·         Linking external models, IFC / RVT / DWG
·         Workshare models
·         Copy / monitor elements from linked models
·         Family creation including Type and Instance parameters
·         Shared co-ordinate system
·         Projects and Shared parameters
·         Sheet and views, managing the Project Browser.

     2-3 years’ experience of Navisworks Freedom, Manage and Simulate. Demonstrate the following

·         Know the difference between the 3 packages and explain where each would be used.
·         Clash detection, export and importing files from packages such as Revit, AutoCAD and IFC

    Fluent command of technical English;
    UK experience
